APTT
Academic Parent-Teacher Teams (APTT) is a model of family engagement that is grounded in the notion that schools can thrive when families and teachers work together, as genuine partners, to maximize student learning inside and outside of school. The model is research-based and aligns grade-level learning concepts, student performance data, and family-teacher communication and collaboration.
McKinley will host three APTT nights, where parents of every student at McKinley should attend to learn how we can work together so our children succeed.
Learn how your child is doing on the skills taught so far, and how to help your children with upcoming skills in both Language Arts and Math. Parents will leave with two new activities/games to play at home to help their students with their academic success. Together we are unstoppable!
Please remember, that APTT nights are for parents and students should not attend.
