Afternoon Pick-Up

• If you have multiple children, please use the pick-up parking lot for the youngest child as your afternoon pick-up location (same parking lot that you will use in the morning for drop-off).

• Please use the same parking lot as designated for morning drop-off.

• Parents/Guardian MUST remain in vehicles at all times. 

• Older siblings will go to get their younger siblings and then report to their pickup or walking area.

• Parents/Guardians may pick students up across the street from the school at the south, west, or east crosswalks. Please wear masks and practice social distancing at all times.

• Please make sure teachers know how your child will be going home each day. For the safety of the students, we CANNOT take changes over the phone during the day.

• After school dismissal will be slow for a little while, as we get used to all the new procedures. Thank you so much for your patience. We will do all we can to get faster at it. 

• If you have a Kindergarten student:

  • Please arrive at 2:30 in order to get in line to pick up your children.

  • They will be walked to their vehicles in the Butler parking lot.  We will not be able to allow parents to walk up to get them. Students will be escorted to your car by one of our staff members.

• If you do not have a Kinder student and you are using the Butler parking lot for pickup, please do not arrive until 2:45. This will help us avoid a traffic jam at the school and all the way down Butler.
