School Info

Rocinante High School is the Farmington Municipal School District's Alternative High School with options for enrollment in Day School, Night School, and opportunities for Summer School Credit Recovery. We specialize in helping students who have not been successful at other high schools, are behind credits, have children, or are incoming to the District to graduate.

We offer Modified Scheduling, Project-Based Learning, Social/Emotional Training and Dedicated Staff that maintain a family-style atmosphere.

Day School: Day school occurs during regular school hours, Monday - Friday from 8:15am until 3:00pm. Student who are enrolled in day school will earn 8 full credits at the end of the school year. We work on a Term-Based system which allows students to earn 2 credits every 9 weeks.

Night School: Night school is an alternate setting for students to be able to complete their graduation requirements. Students are enrolled into night school based on eligibility. To find out more about night school, please contact us at breynolds@fms.k12.nm.us.
