About Nathan Pierantoni, Executive Director of Support Services
Nathan Pierantoni is in his 16th year in education. He earned his Alternative License in Secondary Education from San Juan College in Farmington, New Mexico, and he holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from New Mexico Highlands University. He is a National Board Certified Early Adolescence Science Teacher. Before his work as an educator, Mr. Pierantoni worked as a professional archaeologist in regions spanning from the Middle East to the Southwestern United States. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Classical Archaeology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in Maritime Archaeology from the University of Southampton, England.
Mr. Pierantoni has served as a science and gifted teacher (Heights Middle School), Assistant Principal (Farmington High School), and Principal (Heights Middle School).
Mr. Pierantoni supervises the directors of EPO, Multicultural, and Nursing and Mental Health (including supporting Social-Emotional Learning, Early Warning Systems, Multi Levels of Student Support, and Student Discipline).
