Our 5th-grade students participated in the wonderful Young Audience Concert earlier today, where they were encouraged to act, sing, and play a musical instrument. The event featured beautiful performances, including favorites like “Under The Sea” and “Beauty and the Beast,” as well as a mix of Lady Gaga, a fun lullaby, and a lively waltz.
We are incredibly grateful to the Connie Gotsch Foundation for their amazing work, which made this experience possible— including transportation for our students. A heartfelt thank you to all the talented musicians and performers for their hard work and dedication to inspiring our kids.
A special shoutout to San Juan College and Scott Michlin, KSJE’s General Manager, for being our fantastic emcee for the event.
Shoutout also to two of our own, Chris Argotsinger playing the trumpet, and Daniel Fear playing the tuba. Nice work!
We can't wait to see many of our students taking up an instrument, joining the choir, or getting involved in theater when they move on to 6th grade. Looking forward to seeing you shine!
