We hosted our second annual Native American S.T.E.A.M. Festival today, an exciting event that blended Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics knowledge.
Designed for both elementary and secondary students, the festival featured hands-on learning experiences that sparked curiosity and creativity. Students explored a variety of engaging topics—from listening to their heartbeats and learning about the human body to diving into robotics, coding, virtual reality, 3D printing, drawing, and music.
A huge THANK YOU to our Native American Programs Office for bringing this incredible festival to life once again! Their dedication to integrating creativity and artistic expression into S.T.E.A.M. education helps our students see meaningful connections between different subjects.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the wonderful vendors, the dedicated San Juan College Event staff, our amazing volunteers, and the hardworking FMS students and staff. Your support and efforts made this event possible, and we truly appreciate you!
