Dear FMS Parents/Guardians,
We need your help to ensure we have the most up-to-date emergency contact information for your child(ren). Farmington Municipal Schools is transitioning to a new emergency contacts system, and we ask that you complete an online information update before June 12, 2025.
Why is this important? Accurate contact information helps us:
Have accurate information for student checkout and pickup
Reach you quickly in case of emergencies or medical events
Keep you informed about teacher and classroom assignments and schedules
Provide updates on sports participation, technology distribution, and other school-related requirements.
A recent review of our system shows that some student records may be outdated or incomplete. This makes it difficult for us to contact families during critical situations, such as emergency reunifications.
Not completing the online update could result in your elementary student(s) (grades 1-5) not receiving their new teacher assignments, and middle and high school student(s) (grades 6-12) not receiving their laptops or being delayed from participating in sports and activities.
If you have any questions or need assistance with accessing the form, please do not hesitate to contact your child's school. Additionally, during the month of May through June 12, families with limited or no internet access can receive support at the FMS Central Office (3401 E. 30th Street). Come by, we’d love to help you!
Thank you for your quick response and partnership.
