Claire McDaniel, a 9th grader at Piedra Vista High School, wrote a book about women in our community who are making a difference in the lives of others, called "Determined." These women are changing hearts, one at a time, by sharing their time and talents with those around them. One of the women in this book is a teacher at Mesa Verde Elementary, Ms. Terra Rosen.
"Determined" is being placed in school libraries to inspire local girls and help them realize that anything is possible!
