Sleep is important for children to learn, grow and develop. When children do not get enough sleep, they can struggle with settling down, listening, or handling their emotions. You can help your child by; setting up a bedtime routine, practicing your household rules (free pass to get a drink or hug), and talking to your child about sleep. Getting enough sleep can help your child's health. So cuddle up and get some rest.
