Despite those jitters, the PV hurdler trusted her training as she picked up some speed in the midst of her race at the UNM Track & Field and Soccer Complex in Albuquerque. Farmington Police Department and Administrators from Piedra Vista High School have been made aware of a school threat made for Tuesday, March 26, on the Say Something App. Local law enforcement is actively investigating this threat. The threat has warranted an increased law enforcement presence in and around the School throughout the day.

With a time of 19:16.22, Piedra Vista’s Nicole Pierce took third-place honors ahead of Rio Rancho’s Mariah Galbraith (19:28.47) and Farmington’s Madison Germaine (19:33.46). Farmington’s Germaine also turned in a new PR, improving her mark by almost a minute.
